Frame is in good condition, of course some scratches chips an marks, majority around BB an chainstays - to be expected for an older frame. I have had this setup with 1x10, sram x9 with 40 tooth drop stop ring and 10-32 cassette, works really well! would do well as single speed also. Good as cyclocross style setup. Price: 150e frame/fork including headset (FSA Orbit MX threadless), add 40e for cranks and BB, Shimano XT M730 175mm. Suiting the frame well!!
