Hello!
I bought this bike for my wife in the fall of 2018. She used it to commute for about 3 months. The bike was left in the bike room of our building, warm and dry. It is a women's frame. The seating position is fairly straight, so it quite comfortable to ride. The bike is in great condition and all 27 speeds (3 in the front and 9 in the back) shift very smoothly. The front suspensions can be locked very easily by turning a knob by hand (see picture - speed lock).

 

it is a good fit for my wife (163cm) and I (180cm) ride it from time to time without any difficulty by raising the seat (no tools required). I've equipped the bike with a kick stand, extra wide handle bar grips (for comfort), a bell and a rear panier rack and I'm happy to add the following (free of charge):
- a pump
- front light
- rear light
- a gel seat cover
- a small bag which hangs under the seat
- a combination cable lock
- a helmet
