MYYTY - Trek Marlin 7, Small 27,5" Espoo - Needs work

Kuvaus: Bought this Trek Marlin 7 as a project bike but it turned out to be too much work for me.

The  chain is badly worn so the cranks and cassette will probably need replacing.. The frame is good but paint has badly worn in places. Cosmetically the frame needs some work. I was planning to do a custom paint job.The front shocks are not original and look to be better quality than stock. However, the previous owner for some reason I can't understand has put 26" shocks on the bike so when inflating the 27,5" tire to the correct pressure it rubs. Shifters and derailleur work, the Shimano hydraulic brakes are good, seat, seat post and handel bars are fine and the wheels are straight.

 

Please make me an offer. I will also consider selling as parts.
