I haven't measured its reach, manufacturer dimensions for top tube horizontal is 470mm. I can say that it feels too short for a 155cm rider even with saddle at its top/pushed back position.
This is designed for a small rider: low top tube alu frame, 9.9kg is not too heavy to lug around, crank length 152mm works for the shorter kid leg, Microshift brake levers work for a small hand. Was very rideable from 125cm up until the user grew out of the size.
Front fork could take a bigger tire than it came with (which do not look like 1.5", probably more like 32mm), rear fork is too narrow for a wider one, though.
